Refund Policy
At Hivi Technology Learning Academy, we are committed to providing quality education and training. If you are not satisfied with our services, we are here to help.
1. Course Enrollment Fees
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund for course enrollment fees.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [support@hivitechnology.com].
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Non-refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Course materials and textbooks that have been opened or used.
- Completed courses or courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Workshop or event fees if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the scheduled date.
4. Cancellations by the Academy
- If a course or event is cancelled by Hivi Technology Learning Academy, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course or event of equal value.
- If a course is postponed, you will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.
5. Online Courses
- For self-paced online courses, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- For instructor-led online courses, refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
